On 17.09.23, Police arrested and charged Dannel Gloster, a 16-year-old Labourer of Lowman’s Hill with the offence of Theft.
Gloster was accused of stealing $2,200.00ECC in cash, the property of a 26-year-old Labourer of Belmont.
The offence occurred at Bedford Street, Kingstown at about 10:05 a.m. on September 9th, 2023.
On 18.09.23 Gloster appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court and pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The defendant was granted bail in the sum of $2,500.EC with one surety. The matter was adjourned to the 29.11.2023
